WhatFormat provides free, browser-based tools for formatting WhatsApp messages and related utilities. The service is provided at no cost and requires no account registration. All text formatting and processing happens locally in your browser.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content of messages you create using WhatFormat.
- You agree not to use WhatFormat to create, format, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
Intellectual Property
The WhatFormat name, logo, design, and source code are the property of WhatFormat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the site or its components without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of any text content you create using WhatFormat. We claim no rights to your messages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WhatFormat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The formatting output will always match WhatsApp's rendering exactly
- The service will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or WhatsApp versions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatFormat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or damages resulting from messages sent using formatted text from this tool.

WhatFormat may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp via wa.me links). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatFormat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
